Because none of the hard parts are trade-specific. The state publishes one weekly file covering every licensed food service establishment and lodging property in all 67 counties, and the difference between a pest list and a refrigeration list is simply which records we pull out of it for you.
Everything that makes the product difficult is shared. Watching a source that announces no publication day. Working out what is genuinely new rather than re-sending you the same records. Surfacing the cases the state still has open, which are the ones most worth your time and the easiest to miss. Resolving each property to somebody you can actually call. Ordering by the state's own words.

What is not in the file, whatever your trade
- Only food service and lodging. The Division of Hotels and Restaurants covers licensed food service establishments and lodging properties. Groceries, convenience stores and retail food outlets are inspected by a different agency that does not publish in bulk.
- No warehouses, offices, schools or healthcare. They are not in this extract and will never appear on a list.
- No sub-category detail. The state publishes findings at category level only. Whatever your trade, a row tells you the category was cited, not which specific finding inside it.
- No inspector narrative. The state does not publish the inspector's own words in this data. What gets quoted on your row is the state's published category language.
