Pricing
Most service areas fall between $100 and $400 a month. Where you land in that range depends on the size of your service area and how many records it produces in a typical week.
The fee is quoted per market, so it comes out of a short conversation rather than off a page. The fastest route is to ask for a sample week for your service area: you see the actual rows and the actual volume for your territory, and the fee is quoted against what you just looked at rather than against a bracket.
What you should not expect to pay for
- Setup or onboarding fees. Signing provisions your market. There is nothing to build.
- Per-row or per-record charges. The fee is flat, and a heavy week costs the same as a thin one.
- Appointments. There are none in this product. We do not contact the businesses on your list.
- Overages. There is no meter, so there is nothing to exceed.
- A long commitment. Month to month.
Volume is best-efforts with no minimum, because it depends entirely on what the state publishes in a given week. A thin week is not a breach of the agreement, and a week with nothing in it gets a written note naming what was searched and the dates covered rather than an empty attachment. If a service area cannot clear a sensible weekly volume floor after widening the geography, we will tell you it is not a market rather than discount into it.
